1 hour of fun & hard work on the rollers
We start will some gentle stretching then a warm up
After that the coaches will take you through a variety of different sessions - a different one each week where you are able to put as much effort in as you want.
Finish with a gentle warm down.
What you need to know
Bring your own rollers and bike if possible - otherwise speak to one of the club coaches in advance and we see if we have any club equipment, we are able to let you borrow.
Ensure you bring some water to drink - you will require it - probably mid-session
For the session cycling shorts and a loose top - bring a towel to wipe away any sweat - bring a second towel to wipe any sweat you may have dripped onto the floor!!
Ensure you have some warm joggers and hoody and coat (plus hat) to put on for the trip home - the work out will get you very warm - don't get cold afterwards
