We hope to think that everyone in the club helps and supports each other to the best of their ability. However, if there is anything that concerns you, and would like to raise an issue with someone in the club, we have a Club Welfare Officer who has been certified to undertake the role. Our Welfare Officer is here to listen if you want to talk to someone that you feel may need to be looked at, or addressed.

Julia Terry

Our Club Welfare Officer is Julia Terry. Julia has been a part of the club for many years and her kindness, knowledge, skills and qualifications for her professional life makes her a fantastic person to hold the role. Julia welcomes any questions, queries or concerns that you may have, her email address is Welfare@PooleWheelers.com. Only Julia has access to this email address, so you can be confident anything raised will be completely confidential.
