We loop around Sandbanks and Branksome and will cover as much as we can in the 1 hour, 6.30pm start then all back at the cricket pavilion for 7:30pm. Non-members are, of course, welcome!

Don't forget front & rear lights!Pace will vary depending on who turns up, but we go with the pace of the group. When coming back from winter training, it can be anything from 13mph average plus.
